Delivery Costs

Your delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on criteria including the products in your basket, the net order value and your delivery address.

Delivery to Mainland UK (not including Scottish Highlands)
The majority of our products is dispatched on a next business day delivery service (Monday - Friday) with one of our reliable third party carriers. Some bulky items may need to be sent on pallets, which are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days.

Delivery charges to UK Mainland (excluding UK postcodes AB23, AB30-99, BT, FK18-19, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20 & above, PH17 & above, PO30 & above, TR, ZE and Channel Islands) are as follows:

Category A
This is the vast majority of our product range. 
Order Value net £ 0.00 - £25.00        £ 8.00 (ex. VAT)
Order Value net £25.01 - £75.00        £11.00 (ex. VAT)
Order Value net £75.01 and above    £14.00 (ex. VAT)

Category B
These are items that are more difficult to transport and are identified as all items with a product code beginning with '5'.  If your order contains any Category B items the Category B delivery charge will be applied to your whole order.
All Orders - 10% of net order value with min. charge £40.00 (ex. VAT) and max. charge £400.00 (ex. VAT). 

Category C
These are items with a product code beginning with '6'. If your order contains any Category C items the Category C delivery charge will be applied to your whole order.
All Orders - 10% of net order value with min. charge £85.00 (ex. VAT)  

Delivery to all other UK Areas and Europe
All deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Non Mainland UK, and Europe will be quoted on an individual basis. Once you place an order on our website, you will see the term "We Will Quote" during the check out process. In this case no payment is taken from you and one of our customer service team members will contact you. You can then decide whether or not to proceed with your order.
UK delivery postcodes, but classified as Non Mainland UK delivery are: AB23, AB30-99, BT, FK18-19, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20 & above, PH17 & above, PO30 & above, TR, ZE and Channel Islands
