Heavy Items - Kerb-side Pallet Delivery

Large heavy bulky items are marked on the product page as ‘Heavy item’ (below the price). Heavy items must be delivered on either a single pallet (£45) or double pallet (£85) to UK Mainland addresses. All non-UK mainland delivery of these items is quotable. Single pallet items: Shop counters, shop gondolas, display cabinets, half-size slatwall panels. Double pallet items: Full-size slatwall panels (landscape and portrait). Delivery times vary from 2-10 days depending on the product. Please view the product details page for a delivery date estimate.

Important! Heavy items are delivered kerb-side by one driver, who is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property. Due to the weight and size of these items you will need able people to assist the driver with unloading the item.

Most items are available for collection from our distribution centre in Poole, Dorset. If you wish to collect your goods the same day you placed your order please call us on 01258 859900 to ensure that everything is ready for you.

Delivery FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?

It depends on which delivery service you have chosen. For all next day services, your order will be dispatched on the same working day if your order is placed before 3pm. If you place your order after 3pm or on a non-working day, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that this excludes products that have a delivery time of 3 or more days (this will be stated on the product page).

When will I receive my order?

The length of time a product takes to be delivered is stated on each product page. Once you have reached the Basket page and selected your delivery area and shipping method, an estimated delivery date will be shown. Please note that we cannot provide all shipping options for all products and locations. If you require more information, please contact us.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Standard and Next day deliveries to commercial address are delivered between 9am and 5pm. Standard deliveries to residential addresses are delivered between 9am and 6pm. If you have chosen a premium delivery service, your order will be delivered by midday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order via the dispatch email you will receive once we have dispatched your order.

What if I'm out when you try to deliver?

If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver the item to you. They will redeliver the item to you within 7 days of the original delivery date. If your item is being delivered on a pallet service you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date. Please contact us if you wish to leave instructions for the courier.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes. All our deliveries must be signed for.

Will I be charged per item, package or delivery?

You will only pay one delivery charge per delivery destination regardless of how many items you order, how many packages are delivered or how many deliveries are required to fulfil your order.

Can I change my delivery date or location?

Possibly, depending on the status of your delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible in writing if you require a change to your delivery date or location and we will check with our couriers if this is possible. You can do this using our contact form.

My delivery is missing items or items are damaged. What should I do?

Please call us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue quickly. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and free returns policy. If the goods are delivered and appear not in good condition, they must be signed for as received in damaged condition. If goods are delivered and the number of parcels for the consignment does not add up as per the delivery note, this must be noted when the goods are signed for.
