Delivery Policy

Our Delivery Promise
We endeavour to dispatch your order timely so that they arrive with you as soon as possible. This means your goods (Category A items) will be dispatched guaranteed on the next business day your order was placed. If you place your order before 1.00pm on a working day (Monday - Friday), we endavour to dispatch your goods on the same day.

Some bulky items (Category B and C items) may need to be sent on a pallet, which are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days.

Even if we keep healthy stock levels to deliver goods quickly to you, it can happen that we experience temporarily stock shortages. In those cases or due to any other reasons that might delay the dispatch of your order, one of our Shopfitting Warehouse customer service team members will contact you as soon as possible.
In order to ensure the best possible delivery experience, we use our dedicated third party carriers.

Delivery Charges Calculation
Your delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout on our website. Delivery charges are influenced by different parameters in order to ensure your goods arrive in good condition at the named delivery address and to provide you with the best delivery service. Your delivery charges are calculated based on the products in your basket, the net order value and the category delivery address.

Collection
Most orders can be collected from our warehouse in Poole in which case no delivery charge will be applied. However, please allow a reasonable time between placing your order and collection. If you wish to collect your goods the same day you placed your order please call us on +44 (0) 1202 735858 to ensure that everything is ready for you.
Our warehouse is open between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
