If you are new to our website or just want to find out how to order online from us, you will find the information here. We have complied helpful tips for buying online from us, but remember in case you require additional information, contact us, we are always happy to help.

How to order
Choose your products by category, or use the 'Search' box to look for products by reference number, description or just what you are looking for. Simply type your phrase in the box and the website will return appropriate results. Alternatively, you can click on our sitemap to see the long list of products and categories.

The website is easy to navigate and you always see a link on the top left of your screen under our logo that indicates where you are. This is an active link and you can click on it to go to any step of the navigation process. On the category pages you can view products by clicking on them in order to find out more. 
You can simply add products to your basket by clicking on 'Buy' and selecting the quantity you require. Your individual shopping basket always shows at the top righthand corner of your screen and shows the number of items and current value of your selected products in the basket. You can click on your basket to view it. Once you are viewing your basket you can change quantities, delete products, continue shopping or checkout.

Prices shown on our website are by default displayed in Pound Sterling (£) and excluding VAT. Alternatively, you can change to prices shown in Euro (€) or including VAT by making the required selections at the top righthand corner of your screen. Regardless of your selection for viewing purposes, once you decide to checkout you will be charged in Pound Sterling (£) and including VAT (EU customers with a valid VAT number, please contact us). Delivery charges are applied to your order on the checkout pages and are charged as part of the order total.

How to pay
You can make secure payments on our checkout pages by Debit/Credit Card, PayPal and Google Checkout. Alternatively, we can arrange for payment by BACS (please contact us).

All payments are subject to fraud screening and we constantly update our website security measures in line with industry standards.

Dispatch of your order
We endeavour to ship most products on the day that they are ordered if the order is placed before 1.00pm on a working day or on the next working day if the order is placed on a non working day.

In the unlikly event of any unforseen stock shortages, one of our sales team members will call you as soon as possible and discuss options with you.

Your order will be dispatched with our contracted reliable third party carriers, who are well known courier or pallet distribution companies, depending on what you ordered. 

Delivery of your order
Delivery to Mainland UK (not including Scottish Highlands):
Most orders are dispatched on a next working day service (Monday - Friday), not including bulky items that may need to be palletised.

A 3 - 5 working day service is used for bulky items that need to be sent on a pallet.

If you would like an improved service i.e. a before 12pm, before 9am, or Saturday delivery, we will be happy to provide you a seperate quote. Please contact us.

All deliveries to Scottish Highlands, non-mainland UK, and outside of the UK will be quoted on an individual basis. 

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please check your order carefully before signing for it.
