Q. Do I have to create an account to be able to buy from you?
A. NO - anyone can order goods from us. HOWEVER, if you create an account you will be able to enter and edit your Address Book with your billing and up to five delivery addresses, plus you can view your order history and use a previous orders' details to make a repeat order with us, or edit a previous order and use it as the basis for your next order, or you can even combine previous orders.
Q. What is 'Special Offers and Product Updates by email'?
A. You can REGISTER FREE to receive details about Special Offers and Product Updates and you can unsubscribe at any time if you wish. Use the REGISTER FREE area on the right of the screen. To access and edit your 'Interest Groups Selection' page simply enter your name and email address again in the REGISTER FREE area, make any changes and click SAVE.
Q. Do I still get the ONLINE DISCOUNT of 5% off the Special Offer items?
A. YES all prices quoted on our website will enjoy the 5% DISCOUNT providing you order and pay online.
Q. Do you also sell goods to the GENERAL PUBLIC?
A. Yes we do. We are happy to sell goods to businesses and the general public.
Q. How should acrylic be cleaned?
A. Acrylic items such as Poster Sleeves for cable, slatwall, freestanding etc should only be cleaned with a duster or a clean soft dust free cloth. NEVER use detergents or other cleaning products as this can adversely affect the acrylic material and cause internal crazing.
Delivery / Collection:
Q. What are your delivery charges?
A. Please click on the Delivery Charges section on the bottom left of your screen for a full explanation of how the delivery charges are calculated.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We aim to dispatch goods on the same day as they are ordered. Providing orders are received by noon we will endeavour to dispatch the goods on the same day. Small items should be received by the customer on the NEXT WORKING DAY. Palleted goods should be received by the customer by THREE WORKING DAYS.
Q. Can I have goods sent to two different delivery addresses?
A. Yes but each delivery address incurs a separate delivery charge and needs to be ordered separately.
Q. Can I collect my order from your Warehouse?
A. YES! Save yourself delivery charges and collect direct from our Warehouse at Unit 3 Alder Hills Trade Park, Barter Road, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4BJ. We are open for collection of goods from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Q. Where is your Warehouse and Sales Counter located?
A. Shopfitting Warehouse is at Unit 3 Alder Hills Trade Park, Barter Road, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4BJ. 'Mouse over' on the Downloads section on the left of your screen and you can view and/or print out a page with maps. If you need directions as well, google maps have a great site at: http://maps.google.co.uk/ Type in our post code BH12 4BJ and click SEARCH you will get a location map. Next to 'Directions' click 'To here', then type in your post code and click 'Get Directions'. Google Maps gives you the map, directions, distance and journey time. Bon Voyage!
My Account - explained:
Q. How do I create an account?
A. In the Shopping Cart area (screen top right) click on 'Create Account' and enter your details. You will receive an email welcoming you and advising you of your password. You can change your password at any time - it is advisable to alter the password to an easily memorable one (if you forget your password you can click on REMIND ME and your password will be emailed to you). Becoming a member will enable you to store your details and keep an address book with billing address and seperate delivery addresses if needed - making future ordering quick and easy. Plus you can view your order history and use a previous orders' details to make a repeat order with us, or edit a previous order and use it as the basis for your next order.
Q. How do I edit my details?
A. You can edit all areas of your account except your email address. When you LOG IN you are taken to your account details page where you can edit any information there if you need to, if you are happy that your details are still current please just click GO to move on. If you need to edit other information like a delivery address or your payment details you can do so at the checkout stage. All details: billing address, delivery address or payment information can be edited prior to confirming and placing the order.
Q. Can I have a separate billing and delivery address?
A. Yes of course. There is the facility to add another address for delivery. (Delivery costs are based on the delivery 'postcode' and your shopping cart will update the delivery charge once the system knows your delivery postcode.) If you are in the process of completing your order, don't worry as there is the opportunity of editing all your details just prior to finally clicking on the PLACE ORDER button.
Q. What do I do if I forget my password?
A. Click on Account Login as usual and type your email address. Then click REMIND ME and the system will send you an email reminding you of your password. You may then Log In as normal.
Q. Can I view my order history and re-order goods from it?
A. Once you have Logged In to your account more sub-headings will appear under My Account, and you will be able to select from: My Profile, My Interests, Address Book, Order History, Logout. If you click on Order History you will shown all your previous orders details. If you click on REPEAT / EDIT on any of your previous orders you can then amend and add to this new shopping basket. This makes re-ordering easy.
Payment:
Q. Can I phone you with my Credit Card details?
A. Yes. We assure you that this site is encrypted and secure, however, if you prefer not to enter your credit card details over the internet please call our sales team on FREEPHONE 0800 834782 and they will be happy to take your order requirements, delivery details and credit card information by telephone. PLEASE STATE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ON OUR WEBSITE BUT PREFER TO CALL WITH CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

Q. I can't find what I'm looking for, what do I do now?
A. Have you looked in Product A-Z? Try typing the name of the product in Search. If you need more help try looking in Advanced Search. If you still have problems - look in advanced search but leave the boxes blank and just click SEARCH - you will go to the WHOLE PRODUCT IMAGE LIBRARY where you can see if you can spot what you are looking for. If all else fails please contact us using the form found on the Contact Us page or call us on FREEPHONE 0800 834782.
Q. Quick search - How does it work?
A. Type into the "Quick search..." box the name of the item you are looking for. The results this quick search gives you are any product that relates to the typed in search words. If you only want to see a match for your search word please click on the "Advanced Search" which will offer you four choices of refining your search criteria.
Q. Advanced Search - How does it work?
A. Clicking on the "Advanced Search" wording takes you to the Advanced Search form which offers you four different ways of refining your search: "All of the words", "Exact phrase", "At least one of", and "Search for Ref Number". If you really do not know what it might be called but could recognize it, then simply leave all four boxes blank and click SEARCH. You will then see the full image library of over 724 images !!
Tagging Gun:
Q. How do I load up the strip of tags and use the tagging gun?
A. Insert strip of nylon attachments into the T-slot (they will only fit one way round) and slide right in. Take needle cover off. Put needle through hole in price label, then put needle through i.e. garment label, then press trigger. Your item is now tagged with its price label.
VAT:
Q. Do the prices shown include VAT?
A. NO All the prices shown in the website are subject to VAT.
Q. Why is there VAT on delivery charges?
A. It is a service provided by us and is therefore VATable under Customs & Excise regulations.
