We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Shopfitting Warehouse, if not we pay for the return to us. This means FREE Returns for you.*

Money Back Guarantee
In case you wish to return anything you purchased from us, you can send your order or parts of your order back to our warehouse for a full refund of the goods. The only thing we ask for is that the goods are returned to us in fully resalable and unused condition.

Returns Procedure
Simply email Customer Service at sales@shopfittingwarehouse.co.uk or call 01202 735858 and we will be happy to send you a Returns Authorisation Code and Returns Form to make things easy for you. Even better, we organise the collection for you and pay for the return delivery to our warehouse (applies to all products except slatwall, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving for collections from UK-Mainland addresses excluding Scottish Highlands).

Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. All refunds will be processed within 7 days from the day the return was received by our warehouse. Refunds will be made via the payment method and to the account holder or card number originally used for the purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
