If you need a little assistance with your product's assembly, tracking or changing your order, troubleshooting a common issue, or just using this website to find what you need, then have a look at our support area here.

If you can’t find what you are looking for in our support area and need help, the best way to get in contact with us is to log in to your account. Select the ‘Messages’ tab and simply fill out the quick form. Remember to include as much information about your issue as possible, and then send your message using the button at the bottom of the page. Please allow up to 48 hours for a member of our support team to get back to you.

If you don’t have an account with us, you can simply fill in the ‘Submit a support ticket’ form on our support page here , and one of our team members will respond within 48 hours.
