1. The 'shipped' notification email from us

A short time after we dispatch your items, the system will send you an email notifying you of an update and it will state whether your items are shipped, or partially shipped. Within this email there will be a link to track your delivery. For partially shipped orders, you will receive a subsequent email with a tracking link for the items in that shipment.The sender is Shopfitting Warehouse [sales@shopfittingwarehouse.co.uk]

2. Log-in to your account and open your order

If you know your login details for our website:

1. Click LOGIN or ACCOUNT and login
2. You should land on the orders list
3. Click the 'Order #...' link
4. The order will open up
5. Click the tracking link

Note: If your order was shipped by pallet, there will be no clickable link.

3. The delivery tracking email from the courier

When your shipment has been booked into the courier network, and depending upon the courier used, you should get a tracking email directly from them also.Couriers which supply tracking links:

• DPD
• DHL
• DX

4. Visit courier website and enter tracking no.

If you have your tracking number you can go directly to the courier's website and use their tracking facility to get  status update, here are the links you need.
