Requesting a Return or Refund

We want you to shop with confidence, if something's not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund. Simply send your items back to us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

• Unused
• Not assembled
• In their original packaging

We offer Easy Returns for 30 days from the day you received delivery, 

You can arrange your own return, or if you’d prefer, we can take care of it for you. We offer a convenient returns collection service from UK-Mainland addresses for just £3.95 (£4.74 inc. VAT), which will be deducted from your refund amount. This applies to all products except heavy items (clearly marked on the product pages and for which you would have paid a pallet delivery service) but you can still return these items as per our 30-Day Returns and Money-Back Guarantee.

Exclusions: Heavy items are for examples slatwall, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving, which are excluded from Easy Returns, but you can still return these as per our 30-Day Returns and Money-Back Guarantee.
