Case Studies - Beer & Pretzel Gaming Shop

Beer & Pretzel Gaming is a trading card game (TCG) and role-playing game (RPG) shop that began as a small tabletop stall in April 2023. Since then, it has grown significantly and from August 2024, now operates from its own dedicated store, offering daily gaming activities and a broader range of hobby and pop culture products.

Situated in the picturesque market town of Kendal, Cumbria, Beer & Pretzel Gaming has grown from modest beginnings into a vibrant hub for the local gaming community. They now host regular events for all ages, creating an inclusive space where enthusiasts can connect, play, and enjoy their shared passions - Beer & Pretzel Gaming

The Challenge

Beer & Pretzel Gaming realised that, even though they had plenty of display units, they just weren’t working for the space. The existing fixtures were taking up valuable floor area without providing effective display space in return.

As their shop is housed in a listed building, they also had to navigate additional quirks, such as uneven walls and awkward angles, which added extra challenges.

Expand displays

The Solution

A pair of Black Retail Shelving wall units were selected, combining perforated and plain back panels to accommodate a variety of products.

Each chosen unit included accessories, like hooks for easy setup. Only end-of-run legs were added to finish the sides.
