Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence.

If something's not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund. Simply send your items back to us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

• Unused
• Not assembled
• In their original packaging


Once your return has been received and checked, we'll process your refund promptly. We promise you a 30 Days Money-Back Guarantee from the day you received delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. For details see our Terms & Conditions or contact us.

 

Easy Returns

We offer Easy Returns for 30 days from the day you received delivery, for collections from UK-Mainland addresses. This applies to all products except heavy items (clearly marked on the product pages and for which you would have paid a pallet delivery service).

Returning your order is simple.

You can arrange your own return, or if you’d prefer, we can take care of it for you.

We offer a convenient returns collection service for just £3.95 (£4.74 inc. VAT), which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exclusions: Heavy items are for examples slatwall, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving, which are excluded from Easy Returns, but you can still return these as per our 30 Days Returns and Money-Back Guarantee.

Cancellations

If you haven't received your goods yet, or they haven't been dispatched from our warehouse, as a consumer you have the right under the Consumer Contract Regulation to cancel your order or parts of your order you bought from us for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your contract with us you can do so without giving us any reasons within 14 days from the day of delivery. You can either complete our online form, print out this cancellation form or contact us at sales@shopfittingwarehouse.co.uk.

 

Returns procedure

Returning products is straightforward:

  1. Let us know you’d like to return your item
  2. Choose to send it back yourself, or ask us to arrange collection
  3. Ensure the item meets the return conditions (unused, unassembled, original packaging)
  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund

We can organise for the return to our warehouse for just £3.95 (£4.74 inc. VAT), which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returns should be authorised up to 30 days from the day of delivery to you. All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day the return was received by our warehouse.

Refunds will be made via the payment method and to the account holder or card number originally used for the purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
