Delivery Overview to UK Mainland

  • Standard delivery is free on most* orders over £95.00 ex VAT.
  • Next Day and Saturday delivery is available on most items.
  • Some items cannot be shipped by Standard or Next Day.
  • For delivery to non-mainland UK and other regions see below.

  • Only available to UK Mainland Zone 1 addresses (see below).
  • Standard delivery is 2-4 working days, see product page for precise timeframe.
  • Order total minus any discounts must be £95.00 ext VAT or over.
  • Not available on 'heavy items', delivered by pallet.

  • Available delivery services may vary depending on the product and destination.
  • Some heavy and bulky products require delivery on pallets. These are marked as ‘Heavy Item’ and our pallet delivery service applies.
  • We have created shipping Zones for you to easily identify services available for you.
  • Delivery times may vary on products and delivery times are indicated on the product pages.
  • Our delivery cut-off is 5pm on a working day.

  • Zone 2: Scottish Highlands (Addresses above Highland Boundary)
  • Zone 3: Northern Ireland, Rep. Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann

Please note: Deliveries to Zone 3, Rep. Ireland are currently only available over the phone, you will not be able to complete an order to this region online.

Zone 2: Scottish Highlands includes addresses above the Highland Boundary.

For some outer areas and postcodes in Zone 2-4 we are only able to provide pallet delivery rates upon request. If you require delivery to a destination where the delivery message shows ‘Delivery Quote Required’, please contact us and we will be able to help.

Note: Double pallet delivery charges currently only apply to full size slatwall panels with a max. dimension of 2.4m.

  • Using a combination of selected couriers, we can deliver to most European countries.
  • For a wide range of countries, we offer an upfront rate based on the value of your products.
  • You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the table below.
  • Prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
  • Working days include Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
  • Heavy items delivered by pallet require a delivery quote.

DELIVERY FAQS

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

It depends on which delivery service you have chosen. For all next day services, your order will be dispatched on the same working day if your order is placed before 4pm. If you place your order after 4pm or on a non-working day, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that this excludes products that have a delivery time of 3 or more days (this will be stated on the product page).

Q: When will I receive my order?

The length of time a product takes to be delivered is stated on each product page. Once you have reached the Basket page and selected your delivery area and shipping method, an estimated delivery date will be shown. Please note that we cannot provide all shipping options for all products and locations. If you require more information, please contact us.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order via the dispatch email you will receive once we have dispatched your order.

Q: Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes. All our deliveries must be signed for.

Q: What time will my delivery arrive?

Standard and Next day deliveries to commercial address are delivered between 9am and 5pm. Standard deliveries to residential addresses are delivered between 9am and 6pm.

Q: What if I'm out when you try to deliver?

If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver the item to you. They will redeliver the item to you within 7 days of the original delivery date. If your item is being delivered on a pallet service you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date. Please contact us if you wish to leave instructions for the courier.

Q: Can I change my delivery date or location?

Possibly, depending on the status of your delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible in writing if you require a change to your delivery date or location and we will check with our couriers if this is possible.

Q: Will I be charged per item, package or delivery?

You will only pay one delivery charge per delivery destination regardless of how many items you order, how many packages are delivered or how many deliveries are required to fulfil your order.

Q: My delivery is missing items or items are damaged. What should I do?

Please call us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue quickly. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and free returns policy. If the goods are delivered and appear not in good condition, they must be signed for as received in damaged condition. If goods are delivered and the number of parcels for the consignment does not add up as per the delivery note, this must be noted when the goods are signed for.
