Use these 600mm deep shelves along with the end assemblies to build your bespoke Longspan warehouse racking system, ideal for storing extra heavy loads in working environments such as warehouses and factories storing wholesale items and bulk storage.

• Extra-long Racking - With a depth of 600 mm and a maximum continuous span of up to 2675 mm, this shelving system is ideal for bulky/large items.

• Bolt-less Assembly And Adjustable - The shelves that fit to these frames are easy to assemble with only a rubber assembly mallet required. Beams adjust every 50 mm with safety pins for security.

• Super High Load Capacity - The Shelf Frames can hold up to 4000kg, and with up to 850 kg uniform distributed load per shelf, this system is ideal for storing very heavy items and boxes.

• Solid Construction - These fully-assembled Shelf Frames are stamped and profiled beams and combined with the 18 mm P2 chipboard shelf decks ensure a long-lasting, industrial-grade shelving unit.

• High-quality Coatings - Uprights painted with a Cataphoresis process and beams are powder-coated with a hi-visibility coating.

Please note: Racking is for manual loading only. Delivery - Large or multiple units may be delivered on a kerbside pallet delivery. We do not charge extra for these deliveries, however, a forklift or able people may be required to unload the item/s. if you are unsure, please give us a call.

• This Shelf can be used to create span after span of heavy duty racking when added to Longspan Shelf Frames.
• You need at least 2 x Shelf Frames and 2 x Racking Shelves to build a complete unit.
• You can add more Shelf Frames and Racking Shelves to existing systems, BUT they must all have the same depth (600mm or 900mm).
• Generally runs of bays will use the same height frames, but you can mix and match if the height of our run needs to differ in places.
• You can also choose differing widths of Longspan Racking Shelves for your runs, but they must have the same depth (600mm or 900mm).
