Clothes rail very good but instructions poor. Delivery took over a week for postage of 7.50. Not impressed with customer service.

A Heavy duty clothes rail that lives up to its name. I have spent less on products that claim to be heavy duty and they have all buckled under the weight of not that many clothes. I’m so glad I took a chance on this one. It’s exactly what I needed and is sturdy and well made. Easy to put together too. We left the wheels off. Very happy with our purchase.

I've bought 5 of these rails before, this was my 6th. I can't really explain how wonderful & strong they are. While I would have wished for something slightly shorter in length, this is a sturdy well-finished piece of kit.

Purchased for display of wedding dresses. These are an excellent product, sturdy and readily movable for client viewing that lift this prime dress clear of the floor. Product was delivered quickly, on time and as promised. Easily assembled and put into use within minutes of receipt. Cannot express my appreciation enough and will endeavour to acquire more as my business grows.

Ordered the extra tall 6ft wide clothes rail. Called customer service due to my concern at the splayed angle of the upright poles. Call was answered quickly and courteously and I was told this was correct to add stability. Indeed it is, great product and service, highly recommended

This hanging rail is very well made, really sturdy , and very easy to put together. I only wish there was a cover, but I have used and old quilt cover.

Initially the idea was to help store clothing for the whole family when moving into a house with no cupboards. This changed to a great solution to our new walk in wardrobe. The only thing I would change is to have bought a double rail model as it would be more versatile in its current position. I do not think anyone will be disappointed with this clothes rail. Exactly is what its supposed to be, easy to assemble and I personally tested it by hanging 87kg (me) from the rail.

The rail arrived when it was expected and my daughter's partner erected it for me, and it is very strong, and tall enough to accommodate special outfits for my daughter's wedding. I needed a heavy duty, extra height clothes rail to store my collection of long evening dresses. The only problem was that I only had room for a rail that was 3ft wide. There were plenty of 3ft wide rails available on the Internet but they were either standard height or they were not strong enough to hold the weight of the dresses.
