Delivery and Charges

Our Delivery Promise

We endeavour to dispatch your goods on time so that they arrive with you as soon as possible. This means your goods will be dispatched on the next business day from when your order was placed. If you place your order before 1.00pm on a business day, we aim to dispatch your goods on the same day.

Although we keep healthy stock levels it may happen that we experience a temporary stock shortage of a particular item. In those cases or due to any other reasons that might delay the dispatch of your order, one of our customer care team members will contact you.

In order to ensure the best possible delivery experience, we use reliable third party carriers.

Delivery Charges Calculation

Your delivery charges are calculated automatically by the website, and will be displayed in your shopping cart. Delivery charges are influenced by different parameters in order to ensure the best delivery service with goods arriving in good condition, at the named delivery address. Your delivery charges are calculated based on:

§ your delivery postcode

§ your order value (excluding VAT)

§ the category of goods

§ one order/consignment to one delivery address

Delivery to Mainland UK (not including Scottish Highlands)

We use a next business day service (Monday - Friday) for most goods. Some bulky items may need to be sent on a pallet for which we use a 3 - 5 working day carrier. Royal Mail Post is used for small and lightweight items.

Delivery charges to UK Mainland (excluding Postcodes – BT / PH19-26 / PH30-41 / PH49 & above / IV / KW / PA34 / PA 37 & above / PO30 & above) are as follows:

Category A
This is the vast majority of our product range.

§ Order Value £ 0.00 - £25.00 £ 8.00

§ Order Value £25.01 - £75.00 £11.00

§ Order Value £75.01 and above £14.00

Category B
These are items that are more difficult to transport and are identified as all items with a product reference beginning with '5'. If your order contains any Category B items the Category B delivery charge will be applied to your whole order.

All Orders - 10% of order value with min. charge £40.00 and max. charge £400.00.

Category C
These are items with a product reference beginning with '6'. If your order contains any Category C items the Category C delivery charge will be applied to your whole order.

All Orders - 10% of order value with min. charge £85.00

Delivery to all other UK Areas and Europe

All deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Non Mainland UK, and Europe will be quoted on an individual basis. Once you place an order on our website, you will see the term "WE WILL QUOTE" during the check out process. In this case one of our customer care team members will contact you. You can then decide whether or not to proceed with your order.

UK delivery, but classified as Non Mainland UK delivery are postcodes including – BT / PH19-26 / PH30-41 / PH49 & above / IV / KW / PA34 / PA 37 & above / PO30 & above UK Islands.

Collection

All orders can be collected by you from our warehouse in Poole in which case no delivery charge will be applied. However, please allow a reasonable time between placing your order and collection. If you wish to collect your goods the same day you place your order please call us on +44 (0) 1202 735858 to ensure that everything is ready for you.

Our warehouse is open between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
