Delivery Charges

Your delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout stage based on

your delivery postcode
order value (excluding VAT)
the category of goods
one order/consignment to one delivery address

We endeavour to ship most items on the day that they are ordered if the order is placed before 1.00pm
One of our shopfittings sales team will call you if there are any stock shortages.
Dispatch to Mainland UK (not including Scottish Highlands):
Next working day (Monday - Friday) carrier is used for most items but not including bulky items that may need to be palleted.
3 - 5 working day carrier will be used for bulky items that need to be sent on a pallet.
Royal Mail Post is used for small and lightweight items suitable for posting.

All deliveries to Scottish Highlands, non-mainland UK, and outside of the UK will be quoted on an individual basis.

Category A
This is the vast majority of our product range.

Category B
These are the items that are more difficult to transport and are identified as all items with a product reference beginning with '5'. If your order contains any Category B items the Category B delivery charge will be applied to your whole order.

Category C
These are identified as items with a product reference beginning with '6'. If your order contains any Category C items the Category C delivery charge will be applied to your whole order.

Collection
All orders can be collected by you if you wish in which case NO delivery charge will be applied ! However - please allow a reasonable time between placing your order and collection; if you wish to collect the same day as you place your order please telephone to ensure that it is ready.

We are open for you to collect your order between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
