Free Returns
We offer Free Returns for 14 days from the day you received delivery, for collections from UK-Mainland addresses. This applies to all products except heavy items (clearly marked on the product pages and for which you would have paid a pallet delivery service).
Exclusions: Heavy items are for examples slatwall, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving, which are excluded from Free Returns, but you can still return these as per our 30 Days Returns and Money-Back Guarantee. Cancellations
If you haven't received your goods yet, or they haven't been dispatched from our warehouse, as a consumer you have the right under the Consumer Contract Regulation to cancel your order or parts of your order you bought from us for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your contract with us you can do so without giving us any reasons within 14 days from the day of delivery. You can fill in this cancellation form or contact us.

2. One of our team will review the request and respond.
3. You will be sent a return acknowledgement letter.
4. Print off this return acknowledgement letter and include it in the packaging in which you are placing the item(s) to be returned.
We organise and pay for the return to our warehouse (applies to all products except mannequins, slatwall panels, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving for collections from UK-Mainland addresses excluding Scottish Highlands).
Returns should be authorised up to 30 days from the day of delivery to you. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the day the return was received by our warehouse. Refunds will be made via the payment method and to the account holder or card number originally used for the purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
