What ways can place an order?

We take orders online and over the phone, we can also take order by email if we have previously agreed this with you. For most purchased, placing an order online is the simplest method, but if you're looking to place a large order, or multiple orders then it's probably better to call us.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can make secure payments on our checkout pages by Debit/Credit Card, PayPal and Amazon Checkout. Alternatively, we can arrange for payment by Bacs (please contact us). All payments are subject to fraud screening and we constantly update our website security measures in line with industry standards.

Do I need an account to buy online?

No, anyone can order from us. However, if you create an account you will be able to benefit from many self-service options that make purchasing from us more convenient. For example, you can enter and edit your address book with your billing and delivery addresses, you can view your order history and use previous order details to make repeat orders, or edit a previous order and use it as the basis for your next order. You also can download invoices and keep track of your orders you placed with us.

Will there be a delivery cost?

In some cases there will be a delivery cost, although free delivery is available on lots of items to UK mainland addresses below the Scottish Highlands Boundary. Please see our Delivery Information page for a full explanation of how the delivery charges are calculated.

Why is there VAT on delivery charges?

It is a service provided by us and is therefore subject to VAT in accordance with UK law.

Do the prices shown include VAT?

By default, prices shown will NOT include VAT. If you click the 'inc VAT' toggle at the very top of the webpage, it will convert prices to include VAT. Some pages on our website may contain prices that are not controlled by the inc VAT/ex VAT toggle, and those prices will always be displayed as excluding VAT.

Are there any hidden costs?

We never add any hidden costs, once you have entered a postal address into the cart or checkout, the price you see inclusing VAT and any shipping is the price you will pay.

How do I cancel an order?

If you order has already been shipped then you will need to initiate a return from our Returns Page. But if your order has not yet been shipped then you can simply call/email us and cancel your order, quoting your order number and the reason. If you are not sure whether your order has been shipped yet, then just call us on 0800 834 782 (lines only open during office hours).

How do I track my order?

You can track your order via the dispatch email you will receive once we have dispatched your order. Depending upon which courier is used, you may also get an email of text with the tracking link to use.

How do I return items?

To initiate a return, visit our Returns Page and fill in some details. We make the process as simple as possible and if you request a return within 14 days of purchase, the return postage will be covered (except for heavy items and in some zones).

When will I get my refund?

If you qualify for a refund, then we will issue it as soon as the order has returned to us and is confirmed. This can take a couple of days, but we always aim to process returns and refunds as quick as we can.

When will my order arrive?

The length of time a product takes to be delivered is stated on each product page. Once you have reached the Basket page and selected your delivery area and shipping method, an estimated delivery date will be shown. Please note that we cannot provide all shipping options for all products and locations. If you require more information, please contact us.

What if I'm out when you try to deliver?

If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver the item to you. They will redeliver the item to you within 7 days of the original delivery date. If your item is being delivered on a pallet service you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date. Please contact us if you wish to leave instructions for the courier.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Yes. All our deliveries must be signed for.

Do you deliver outside the UK and Ireland?

We also deliver to many countries in Europe. If a shipping rate is not displayed for your choice of products to your region, then please call us on +44 (0)1258 859900 for a delivery quote.

Can I have goods sent to different addresses?

Yes, but each delivery address incurs a separate delivery charge and needs to be ordered separately.

Can I collect my order from your Warehouse?

Yes, for local customers we offer a click and collect service on the website. If you are not in the local area and wish to collect yourself then this needs to be arranged over the phone. Collection are made from our fulfilment centre at Unit 11-13 Bridge Street, Bailie Gate Industrial Estate, Sturminster Marshall, BH21 4DB. We are open for collections from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If you place your order online and wish to collect on the same day you place your order, please contact us before you come and collect so that we can make sure everything is ready for you. Some larger items are delivery items only and cannot be collected.

Can I change my delivery date or location?

Possibly, depending on the status of your delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible if you require a change to your delivery date or location and we will check with our couriers if this is possible.

Are my account and payment details secure?

Account details entered on our website are collected via a secure browser and stored on private servers with the highest level of data protection. Payments made via our website are taken by a third party payment gateway and we cannot see or store your account or card details.

Can I edit my account and shipping details?

If you have created an account, then you can simply log in to our account area and edit your details. If you have recently placed an order and wish to change your details, then you should check with us that the change of address won't affect your order.

Can I have a separate billing and delivery address?

es, of course. There is the facility to add a separate address for delivery. (Delivery costs are based on the delivery 'postcode' and your shopping cart will update the delivery charge once the system knows your delivery postcode.) If you are in the process of completing your order, don't worry as there is the opportunity to edit all your details just prior to finally confirming your order.
