Easterleigh was originally established as a livery stable in 1995. By early 1998, the focus began to shift toward becoming an animal sanctuary, with animals such as sheep, goats, and domestic pets like dogs and cats needing rescuing and re-homing. This marked the foundation of the charity and in October 1998, they received their official charity status, and so Easterleigh Animal Sanctuary was officially born.
Easterleigh's mission is to relieve the suffering of animals in need due to illness, neglect, or maltreatment. They provide rescue and re-homing services, offering both temporary and permanent accommodation, while also educating the public on matters concerning animal welfare - Easterleigh Animal Sanctuary
The Challenge
Easterleigh needed to refurbish one of their charity shops, with a key focus on improving the display of a wide variety of clothing. Unlike typical retail stores that stock multiple sizes of the same item, as a charity shop, they offer a diverse mix of individual garments. The challenge, therefore, was to find the most effective way to showcase this varied selection and make it easy for customers to browse and view all the different styles available.

The Solution
To make the most of the available wall space, a range of Twin Slot products was selected, along with various complementary accessories.

The Results
The new clothing displays were designed to maximise the available wall space, allowing for a wide variety of garments to be showcased while still maintaining plenty of open floor space for easy customer navigation.
The selected components were simple yet stylish, chosen in colours that either matched or complemented the store’s existing look. This seamless integration helped create a cohesive look while ensuring that the clothing itself remained the focal point. The Twin Slot system, with its versatile design, allows for quick reconfiguration, whether it’s adjusting components to suit different types of stock or making on-the-fly changes. This flexibility is particularly important in a charity shop setting, where inventory constantly changes and needs can shift frequently.
