Requesting a return or refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, returning products to us is straightforward.

You can return your order or parts of your order for a full refund of the goods for 30 days. The only thing we ask for is that the goods are returned to us in fully resalable and unused condition (which includes assembly) and in their original packaging. We promise you a 30 Days Money-Back Guarantee from the day you received delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. For details see our Terms & Conditions or contact us.

To return a product to us and request a refund Login to your account here. Select the ‘Orders’ tab and Click ‘Return Items?’ which you can find on the right hand side of each item that you have ordered. Simply fill out the quick form and submit your request using the button at the bottom of the page. We will then send you a return acknowledgement email.

Print off this return acknowledgement letter and include it in the packaging in which you are placing the item/s to be returned. We organise and pay for the return to our warehouse (applies to all products except mannequins, slatwall panels, counters, showcases, gondolas and retail shelving for collections from UK-Mainland addresses excluding Scottish Highlands). Returns should be authorised up to 30 days from the day of delivery to you. You will receive full instructions once your return is authorised.

All refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the day the return was received by our warehouse. Refunds will be made via the payment method and to the account holder or card number originally used for the purchase.
