Pallet Deliveries
What you need to know...
Large heavy bulky items are marked on the product page as ‘Heavy item’ (below the price). Heavy items will require either single pallet or double pallet delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Some non-UK Mainland addresses do not have pallet rates available, and you will have to contact us to arrange your order.
Items that require single pallet delivery
Shop Counters, Shop Gondolas, some Retail Shelving, Display Cabinets, half-size Slatwall panels, and some of the larger shelving units.
Double pallet delivery
Full-size Slatwall panels (landscape and portrait), some Display Furniture and some Industrial Racking.
Delivery times vary from 2-10 days depending on the product. Please view the product details page for a delivery date estimate.
Please check you can meet the pallet delivery requirements
- Heavy items are delivered kerb-side by one driver, who does not offload the pallet
- The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps, or through a property
- A forklift truck may be required, especially for double pallet deliveries
- It is possible to unload the pallet(s) by hand but you will probably require assistance
- Pallet delivery trucks require easy access* to your drop-off point
* Customers must have ability to park a curtain side or articulated lorry within close proximity to the delivery point. Please advise if your premises are subject to any parking restrictions or narrow roads not suitable for large vehicles in order that alternative delivery instructions can be pre-arranged as necessary.
