Using the account area
To see your account simply login with the details that you have registered with, if you checked out as a guest or have forgotten your password, then use the password reset facility here. Once logged in you will see your account area with tabs to navigate through your orders as below.
Orders tab
Here you can view the status of your orders with us, including your order number, date of order, and the items you ordered. To return a product to us and request a refund select the ‘Orders’ tab and Click ‘ Return Items?’ which you can find on the right hand side of each item that you have ordered. Simply fill out the quick form and submit your request using the button at the bottom of the page. We will then send you a return acknowledgement email.
Once you have requested a return, this order will then appear in the ‘Returns tab’ where you can see the status of your return or refund.
To track an item, either click the tracking link in your order acknowledgement email, or you can open the order in this tab and find the tracking link inside the order overview.
Messages tab
If you can’t find what you are looking for on our support area and need help, the best way to get in contact with us is to select the ‘Messages’ tab and simply fill out the quick form. Remember to include as much information about your issue as possible and then send your message using the button at the bottom of the page. Please allow up to 48 hours for a member of our support team to get back to you when the message will be viewable within this tab.
Addresses tab
Edit or delete your stored delivery and payment addresses, or add a new one.
Recently viewed tab
Here you can see the items you've recently looked at on our site.
Account settings tab
Here you can update your contact details including phone number and email address so you can ensure we have the correct details on file for you. You can also update your password and change your marketing preferences.
